Andarl Farm™ began in 2012 in the most unexpected way. After the loss of their mother, two orphan piglets — Thelma and Louise — needed to be hand-reared. Caring for them sparked a genuine interest in pig farming, and what began as a small personal project soon grew into something much bigger.

As the herd expanded, Dave and Diana began producing pork for friends, neighbours and the local community in Co. Mayo. It quickly became clear that the flavour and texture of traditionally reared pork stood apart, and before long, local restaurants were asking to buy from the farm as well.

Today, Andarl Farm™ has grown into a trusted pork supplier in Ireland, serving hospitality, wholesale and retail customers while staying true to the values it was built on: care, consistency and quality.
