We currently have some Hereford beef available, so we are offering you the opportunity to place an order and specify you would like to try the cut from the Hereford instead of the Black Angus.

How it works:

Simply place your order as usual on our website, selecting the 'Black Angus' cuts you would like. Then just specify in the 'Notes' section that you would like to try it from the Hereford instead.
