Rindless Back Rashers (300g e)

Rind less rashers with a subtle cure.

Taken from the loin, these rashers are not as fatty as streaky so will not go as crispy. Delicious between some soft bread, smothered in sauce.

Cooking Instructions: Cook product thoroughly to core (taken at centre/ thickest part) temperature of 75°.
