It's always handy to have something in the fridge to pick at for a quick meal, or to take round to friends. A quiche is perfect, as you can add what you like and it will still taste yummy! This recipe from Darina Allen ticks all the right boxes.
The great thing about quiche is even though this recipe calls for streaky bacon, you could use plain back or even add smoked bacon instead to add a depth of flavour. If you want to save time, and have a chunkier quiche then our lardons (available in both smoked & unsmoked) come already cubed.
