Our gammons have been cured using a mild cure. As well as the Christmas showpiece they are great all year round, even use for sandwiches or with salads.

 

Weight: Available as 1.5kg & 2.5kg (approx.) joints

 

Cooking Instructions: Cook product thoroughly to core (taken at centre/ thickest part) temperature of 75°. 

Storage: Store below 4°
