Pork Fillet Tagliatelle

This recipe is great for an indulgent mid-week meal as it's quick and easy. The creamy mushroom sauce works great with the tenderness of a pork fillet/tenderloin.

Although the recipe calls for chestnut mushrooms (their nutty flavour is great), any mushroom will work.

Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 1 pork fillet/tenderloin
  • Punnet of chestnut mushrooms
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Paprika
  • Cream
  • Onion
  • Tagliatelle
  • Plain flour
  • Chicken stock
  • Brandy, if desired
